We use one whole live eel of the highest freshness, delivered directly from Mikawa Isshiki in Aichi Prefecture.Carefully prepared using Binchotan charcoal to achieve a fluffy texture.Please enjoy it with Momoyama's special sauce.Since we use live eels, we only accept reservations.*Reservations are required at least 3 days in advance.
